Manager:
The historic Plain of Six Glaciers Teahouse is located in the backcountry of Lake Louise serving primarily day hikers. The Manager will be someone who is an excellent role model. Someone with a positive attitude who will help create an enjoyable working and living environment. The ideal candidate will be able to complete the 2024 Season (June – October), with casual remote work starting in February.
Manager responsibilities include:
- Assisting in hiring and training of staff
- Baking and cooking food required for daily operations
- Supervising staff and ensuring completion of daily duties
- Modeling picture perfect customer service
- Maintaining an accurate and adequate inventory
- Creating a positive and enjoyable working and living environment
- Working together with assistant manager to ensure daily operations run smooth
- Responsible handling of daily deposits
The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
- Management or equivalent work experience
- Safe food handling training
- Ability to work casual hours remotely from February 2024-May 2024, moving into full time hours on site in Lake Louise from June 2024-October 2024
- Great communication, organization, and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A passion for baking and cooking
- A love for hiking and living in the great outdoors
- Team player and a great role model

The ideal candidate will be someone who:
has customer service experience
is a team player
has a willingness to learn
has a love for hiking and the great outdoors
has the ability to work full time hours
